Booking terms

• Rental payments are strictly non-refundable. 50% of the rental total is charged today, plus a separate $250 refundable security deposit. The remaining 50% rental balance is auto-charged to the same card 30 days before check-in. Date changes are not guaranteed and may incur rate differences. Travel insurance is strongly recommended (Faye, Allianz, CSA).
• By submitting this form you agree to the Rental Agreement and House Rules sent with confirmation: max 13 overnight guests, no unregistered guests or events without written approval, no smoking indoors, quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM, pets only with prior approval and $125 pet fee per pet, and a $250 incidental damage authorization placed on the card at check-in.
• Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required before check-in. Host reserves the right to cancel for misrepresentation, prohibited use, or violation of house rules, in which case no refund is owed.
• Guest assumes all risk associated with use of the pool, hot tub, firepit, rooftop deck, and surrounding desert terrain. Owner and host are not liable for personal injury, lost or damaged property, acts of nature, wildlife encounters, or service interruptions (utilities, internet, weather-related closures).
• Rates include applicable cleaning fees and California Transient Occupancy Tax where required. Final tax and fee breakdown appears on the secure checkout page.
